Reiki Level I Certification serves as the entry point for working with the ancient Japanese modality. This course is intended for heart-centered, compassionate individuals who feel calling towards healing both themselves and others.

Reiki mastery is the key to unlocking an individual’s untold potential.
This work is for healers, guides, intuitives. It is a welcome modality for the complete beginner or the multi-faceted mystic looking to add to their energetic toolbox.
Reiki, a form of energy healing, is an ancient practice that is used to reduce stress, improve health and quality of life, and support physical and emotional healing. Practitioners use specific hand positions, held for a few minutes on or near the client’s clothed body.
Research suggests that using Reiki as a complementary therapy activates the parasympathetic nervous system to heal body and mind via the relaxation response.
After receiving the Reiki I certificate, participants will be able to perform self-treatments and provide treatments for others. Generally, Reiki providers do not begin practicing professionally until they have received the second degree. Participants who complete Reiki I training will be eligible for continuing onto Level II within 90 days.

Since 2017 she has been operating her own coaching business, Crystal Clear Life Coaching. Through coaching she motivates and compassionately guides persons dealing with mental health struggles such as anxiety and depression. She strives to make sure clients feel understood and supported as they undergo deep transformation.
Crystal is best known for her warm personality, open capacity for listening, and free hugs.
